lateral entry, and citizen accountability<\/strong>, the Government of India is implementing a new wave of <strong data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"827\">Civil Services Reforms<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"942\">\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"942\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\ud83d\udcac <em data-start=\"837\"
